I found a big improvement with the 1.5's over the stock rockers, although I have a 1380 with 276 cam, weber carb, etc.... You should see improvement with them, just make sure that you have the proper high lift springs so that they do not bind at full lift. You may also need spacers under them to get the correct alignment/geometry depending on your head and block combination and if they have been worked/skimmed at all.

1,5 lift rockers wont be the same as fitting a 276 cam.

xsi didn't have 1.6 16v, they had between years tu 8v firstly 1360 then 1600. 900 kg, 16s 1/4 mile for the later...
