Sold the turbo and seeing what the C20XE can do!

This is for my Ibiza Cupra which is in superb condition. The miles really do not match the condition of the car at all.

I purchased the car at the beginning of this year from its only mature owner from new. He kept it in perfect condition and always used genuine parts as have I since I've owned it.

I am selling due to now doing approx 400miles a week so I have bought an oil burner (its in the background of my first pic *smiley*). I didn't want the car going to an auction and then being put on a forecourt for £3k+. Someone will get a bargain direct.

The car was last serviced 4500miles ago with all genuine parts and Millers XFS fully synthetic oil. This is the oil the previous owner used and it really has kept it in fantastic condition. It drives just like a new car.

It had the cambelt done at 70k and isnt due for a further 25k.

It also has a cobra alarm and immobiliser fitted when new, complete with the insurance certificate for cheaper insurance.

The interior is again superb, no sagging of bolsters or damaged leather. Also the seat centres have no stains like they are prone too. Its always had a set of tailored mats so the carpets are nice and clean.

The exterior does have a few minor marks but nothing that stands out. The pictures show how good the paintwork is. I have stood this next to another identical car and you can tell it has lived in a garage due to the brightness of the red paint. The main marks are on the lower bumper/splitter but no cracks or missing pieces. They really dont detract from the car at all however.

The alloys are in good condition, there is some minor curbing as to be expected..

When I bought the car, all the springs and wheel bearings had just been replaced along with a new bosch battery. Again all the receipts are there.

I also fitted a new genuine thermostat, as it started to stick in the winter (common 1.8t fault) so it now sits in the middle of the gauge all day long.

Onto the bad points of which there are a couple, I could have no mentioned them but I prefer to be honest:

The secondary air pump has been disconnected. This throws up a code approx every 3 months. If you look on any SEAT forum you will see this is a normal thing and in no way effects the driving of the car. This was done prior to me buying the car and has caused no problems.

The front discs and pads are getting low, but at the MOT they said they would be ok till next year,

Other than that bar the few marks mentioned there really isnt any other problems. It has been 100% reliable in my ownership and I will be sad to see it go. .
