Everything after the SC will be at the same pressure, so one signal is all that's needed. Fastest 998 mini in the world? 13.05 1/4 mile 106mph

Assuming the picture is of the manifold upside down, I personally wouldn't put it at the very bottom in case any fuel vapour that condenses after the engine is stopped runs into it and then gets pushed up to your gauge.
