Not sure if this has been answered before, apologies if it has.

I've got a bolt on trigger wheel from Trigger Wheels. It has metal machined and bolted on to fit inside the original crank pulley. Now I know I'm going to need a supercharger bottom pulley although I have been told I can also use an MPI one, but has anyone else fitted a TW to a charger crank pulley and how awkward/hard was it to work out? I assume I can just unbolt it and then bolt it on to the new pulley but as the charger one is wider, it will in theory foul the radiator *Confused*

I got my SC pulley from VMAXSCART and Stuart also supplied a Trigger wheel designed to fit it. Doesn't foul the rad.

I assume you are running an aftermarket ECU for your ignition timing if you are installing a trigger wheel.

The TriggerWheels.com Trigger wheel seems like the best available for the Mini, however if you are also running a supercharger, you will require a Crank pulley for the alternator/ supercharger pulley, and the trigger wheel. I don't think Triggerwheel.com offers that. That assembly is offered by JonSpeed and Vmax and they get them from the same supplier. .
However, I caution you. I'am running that unit on my engine an had 2 failures already. It seems the Mini engine ha significant crankshaft vibration becuase it only has 3 main bearings. To use any of the above you will no longer be able to use a CrankDamper as on your existing pulley. This apparently then causes more vibration on the Aluminum JonSpeed & Vmax pulleys which have the trigger wheel only attached with 3 small screws. Mine have sheared off twice.
Stuart of Vmax will not honor a replacemet on my Pulley.

I have not found an off the shelf solution so I am having my Vmax Pulley assembly redesigned and with a trigger wheel that has 6 larger diameter hi grade screws.

Won't know if this solves the problem for a week or two.
Cheers
