I was having a read through a thread about some of you who have fitted a Cossie IC under the slam panel of the Clubby. I do like the look of this or another cooler mounted there, but my front end is fibreglass and it would just snap under the weight. What can I do about mountings of the intercooler and oil cooler without cracking my flip front?

Apologies if this has been answered, I did try the search function :$

Which then leads me to ask, how hard are they to make or is there anywhere who'd make them for me?

Just get some metal, a hack saw, a drill and have a go. It's not hard.

Mark, your set up looks PIMP!! But my charger is in front of the engine so I'm not sure on space, etc. Although you do say yours is bigger than a cossie cooler.

This is a really old picture and it's not a Cossie IC, but you could mount a cossie one the same.

The bottom is pretty much level with the subframeand mounted on some propperly bodged brackets, a child could have made them.

I reckon down here it will be clrar of the SC, I presume you are keeping the side rad?

I quite like that, although I'm not sure if it would suit mine, but I do like it on yours. I am keeping the rad at the side yes, it only gives me some space at the front and and near side to play with. I keep telling myself I won't bodge stuff, but i know I probably will *hehe!*

The cossie IC is about 1/2 the height of mine. Imagine it black behind a grill it would be much more subtle.

Nope, the cossie IC is narrower if anything.
