Dash looks familiar :)

Just trying to fit one of them myself at the moment.

How much work did you need to do to yours to get it to fit right ???

Otherwise, interesting, especially the door cards.

EDIT - Is that one of Jason's bulkhead boxes you've used (ie slightly deeper than standard) ??? The heater controls on yours seem to be as far back as mine where they fit through the dash, and mine is one of Jason's boxes.

The intercoolers from a Renault traffic diesel.
Bulkhead box I got off ebay so don't know anymore about it.
Not running a heater, controls still there when it still had 1275 in. dash not too bad to fit I fibreglassed brackets on the back to hold it in place

If I can be a pain, how thick is it? I'll be mounting my intercooler the same way you have (Hopefully my brackets work half as well as yours) but I'm looking at a Cossie cooler.

just measured it its 2inch thick 7half inch high 28 inch wide
