As above really. I have an Oselli Torquemaster inlet manifold and have (stupidly) just realised I'll need to tap a hole for my dump valve, mj and a boost gauge. Has anyone done this and what connector did you use as I'm slightly concerned about having it all connected as one *oh well*

you can get a plate that goes between the carb and manifold cant u? minispeed do it?

Speeding is like masturbating, everyone does it, but not all of us film it and put it on the internet

Just get a 1/8 BSP barbed connector like this:

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/1-8-Bsp-Male-Brass-H...=item45f37987fc

You will need a 8.7mm drill bit and a 1/8 BSP tap. It's really easy to do, just make sure you drill the hole at 90 degrees to a flat spot on the mainfold. Make sure you thoroughly clean any swarf out of the manifold afterwards, you don't want it in your engine...

minx , you dont want to put the dump valve on the inlet manifold after the carb ..youll end up blowing your charge all over the engine bay !

or did you mean your dump valve vacuum signal to go back to the valve mounted on the plendullinium ?

She also wants to connect the megajolt and boost gauge so it's most likely the signal hose Robert *wink*

Assuming you mean the dump valve sense line (rather than the dump valve itself), drill/tap and use standard barbed fittings as Andy says.

Personally I have two so as to keep the dump valve actuator/sense line seperate from the electronics (MegaSquirt in my case) and I've used 1/8"BSPT/4mm fittings and tube.

(edit, clarify size)

I used a brake bleed screw with the end chopped off. As it saved me having to find a bsp tap
