k03s/k03 is used on 1.8t 20v vag, they did two different turbos , but this is pre 2000 concept they do have a different bolt arrangement with three holes.
I burned my s4 ones, and just opened a set of these.....turbine is lightly larger than a t2, and is a last generation high flow one, the shaft look realy small (less than 5 mm), mine seem to have rotated (compressor /turbine shaft) and loose balance.
There is a newer compressor/turbine combo since 2001/2002 compressor k032075 instead of earlier k032072 one used one vag 1.8t group (seat vw audi skoda
other vehicules (like the 2.8 sofim engine) use a different k03 or a mitsu tf35 sometimes instead of the garrett 2056/1752 they shouldn't be a lot different in term of efficience.

the ko3 fitted to vag 1.8T's up to mid 2000 is good for around 190bhp at 16psi as an absolute max, on the 20vt it won't boost higher than that, and even then, it'll only hold 7-8psi at 6000rpm. it's proper heat pump though, with inlets reaching almost 70 degrees when using the standard SMIC

THe ko3S fitted to cars from 2001 onwards can spike up to about 27psi, although not safely over 23, the thrust bearing simply won't cope (I've had 2 collapse at 24psi)

it'll hold more boost to the redline, around 12psi typically, and it's capable of producing just over 230bhp on the 20vt.

Both start to spool at about 1800rpm on the 1.8, Mine will boost 10psi by 2200rpm, and 1 bar by 2500, 1.5 bar by 3000rpm.
