Has anyone got any pictures or describe how they fitted there mk1 rear light conversion plates? Thanks mike |

I dont have any of mine but i onky have one side done atm it was abit of a bitch as the plates i got wernt very good. Its really alot.of trial and error imo just little tacks in place untill its where you want it and then weld it in bt make sure its strait Drives

Did you cut the inside where the mk3 lights sit out befor you tacked the plate on? |

You can cut the inside bracket out or leave it in if you choose |

Yea I had to reprofile mine with fibre glass as they did not have the little platform which the light sits on top of. However the plates on this car :http://www.turbominis.co.uk/forums/index.php?p=vt&tid=329261&fr=75 look a lot better so perhaps the design has been improved. |
