Australia oi oi oi!

hey lads so i got my Mega jolt harness from sd mini's.

i must give it to steve.

the first one got lost in the mail, he made me a new one for free
posted it out again.

the quality on mine is good.

i have hooked everything up, i made a 15 amp inline fuse for the live feed as suggested, but i have no idea where i take power from it on the fuse box.

i have the live feed plug ready to plug in

i see some numbers on the box is there a diagram where to hook it up on the firewall? or what tab in the fuse box.

thanks. not very good at all with electrics so bare with me :)

Unwrap it and see how good you think it is *wink*

Hopefully yours will be better than mine was.

If something is worth doing, it's worth doing half of.

Not sure what year your car is, so here's some wiring diagrams

Personally I would run a new supply via a relay switched with the ignition. MJ needs a good stable supply.

ok for now this will work though? using a inline fuse,

I have a 89 Rover wire harness. that link looks to be older cars.

mines got rover internals not the older type fuse box. :)

The fuse only protects the wire, a relay provides the power.

Is the edis power on the same wire?

I helped John fit his loom, but I can't remember and his car isn't at my house anymore
