Surely it would have been easier to just replace the panel properly? The brake pipe is more than dangerous though |

Although everything else is total crap and it's obviously a ringer for its age from the rubber front subframe mounts, the rubber tube may just be a protective sleeve over the brake pipe as it's been run it totally the wrong place.
