Anyone got any idea what it would cost???
For me to drop of my engine fully built and let em go on it??? just a bit worried about a dead start with the mj, dubious pistons, rebuilt carb, potentionaly gt17 etc.
Your thoughts please gentlemen.

Well the mj comes with a base map with it anyway, but are you meaning engine dyno, or rolling road ?

mine wouldnt run right on the megajolt basemap, but Steve Levits i believe drove his for quite a while without realising it wasnt pluged in right. i think the basemap is about 10degrees fixed or something like that?

i have loads of megajolt maps here you can download to work from (see my signature). Also a wideband lambda really is a must.

hope this helps

Its not the Megajolt thats fixed 10 degrees, its EDIS on its own. Even without the Megajolt functioning, the EDIS will provide 10 degrees advance as long as it has power and a feed from the crank trigger so should be enough to start the car.

A proper mapping session will cost upwards of £350 - you can get it done cheaper but you get what you pay for!
