hi guys im considering putting a different engine in my mini for more power and speed but im un sure which engine to use i dont want to do any really major body modifications i dont mind doing a bit of work but something fairly easy that goes near enough straight in any ideas ????? im wanting a 1.6 or above or something as equally fast on set off and speed

hello john, what ever engine you decide to put in will probly end in subframe mods, if you dont mind about this what about a red top with the top tilted as then you wont need to lengthen the front,

have a look on the 16v mini forum though there brilliant for information and very helpful on my suzuki swift conversion

depends how far you go with the VTEC they are know to push 300hp with the supercharger and there is turbo kits about aswell *happy*

could always go for a K20 lump *tongue*
