Anyone else use these?

I've always fitted these on the 12G295 head with double valve springs.

Only I don't see much evidence of anyone else using them.

I suppose its down to the spring manufacturers recommendations and whether they interfere with the fitted spring height.
Ive never used them myself (I think)

Paul

I seriously doubt it!

Thanks Paul

A bit more investigation revealed that the springs I'm using, C-AEA526 do not need them.

Minispares do not say this in the details about the spring, but in the description of this:

Good springs will be designed to eliminate inner spring wandering. Some are made with shorter inner springs to be used with locators

I seriously doubt it!
