Hello guys, just wondering if you guys know about or have used the new Vandervell Bearings I found them here. Are they new or have they been out a while? i ordered a set of bearings last summer and i was sent a set of King bearings because they said they couldn't get vandervell anymore. The same bearings are being sold by Swiftune in the UK.

Is it A-Series only? I think it should be... So when some joey comes on here about how his 16v turbo vauxhall is great compared to ours, he can be given the 'bird'... On 26th Oct, 2004 Tom Fenton said:

It's just not clear if the 998 mains bearings are for the later A+ with the un-grooved, centre tang. Fastest 998 mini in the world? 13.05 1/4 mile 106mph

the design shows a distinct lack of imagination, talk about starting off with a clean sheet of paper, then not bothering to fucking draw on it,lol On 20th Apr, 2012 Paul S said:
I'm mainly concerned about swirl in the runners caused by the tangential entry. |

You used to be able to get Vandervell VP91885 998 A+ centre tang main bearings in VP2. That's what is fitted to my 998Ti.

Easy, Vandervell never made A+ 998 bearings. On 24th Oct, 2010 Paul S said: It's just not clear if the 998 mains bearings are for the later A+ with the un-grooved, centre tang. Saul Bellow - "A great deal of intelligence can be invested in ignorance when the need for illusion is deep."
