It's a bit like mine. Looked OK on the outside, but then turned out to be a bit of a shed. I'm nearly there so you'll sort it all soon enough.

leicester unfortunately

quick up date i move fast haha , thanks for the comments much appreciated . do we know anyone in leicester with a turbomini???.

anyway first tool i unleashd a diskcutter muahaha
so i wanted a flip front because of ease and less welding :) so i came to choping the front of and it turns out i only had to make a 6 inch cut each side as the inner panels had been bodged together liek so random rivets and bars coverd in tar crap liek 88% of the car
then i saw this hello back seat

the arches were filled with foam and glue and lots of it

then it looked like this

so my proposed engine 1293 now this could be totaly wrong as im not all clued up so please post suggestions or correct me if im wrong
metty t block standard uther than whats changed below and a metty t carb
rebored +20 thou,
a head of some sort not quite sure goign tospeak to turbophil :)
T2 (on its way) on a Mirage manifold
pistons with 10cc dish not sure which ones ? accralites?
Avonbar Ph2 cam or metro n/a?
vernier duplex timing gear
Ultralight flywheel
Grey diaphram
paddel clutch
SC drop gears
Fully rebuilt gearbox with X-pin diff and centre pick-up
3.1:1 final drive
Megajolt ignition if i can get my head round it

i am still picking this up and its my first build so not tooo crazy.

sounds about right engine wise. Get your head ported etc and look at your cam options.

Accrolites come in 6, 14 and 18cc dish. Avonbar have 6cc and 18cc on offer at £299 at the moment. bargain!

Before you decide what cc pistons you need, you need to work out your target boost, target horse power and CR you need to safely achieve that.
