what is the next improvement in braking for my current set up?

this is my current set up with the thing that is mounted below the master cylinder on the bulkhead

also i have seen alot of minis without the balancer is this a good idea as the rear brakes will have the same as the front

Theres nothing wrong with the set up you have.

I supose the question is , why /or what do you feel the need to improve.

Most of the minis that have the ballence/splitter removed like the earlie cars have an adjustable bias valve in the rear line somwhere.

Somewhere around Swindon

i run a single line system with the standard bias valve on the rear and minispares 4 pots on the front, pagid 40 grove 8.4 disks machined down to 7.5 with 1144's, its all good quality genuine components or quality aftermarket no pattern shit

The brakes are superb even bill sollis loved the power just not the pedal travel (at the time)


you have to have a balance between front and rear anyone who says they run without it is talking crap
