Brand New. Came with my new welder, but I already have a two gauge one. It's for full size cylinders rather than the tiny ones. Made by oxyTurbo.

Nope. Pub gas is CO2. CO2 cylinders have a male threaded valve and Argon/Argoshield cylinders have a female threaded valve.

For what its worth, this came with my Clarke welder too, its been good and reliable *smiley*
