after all the problems i had with my supercharger belt keep jumping off i manage to keep it on but it started juddering a couple hours later.

so i left it and went and played on the secret project....

come back to it today to fit my trigger wheel and i noticed that there is about 1inch of the acctual bottom pulley outer lip that is not flat against the trigger wheel! and i can get a head of a thick flat head in there! so thats about 2-3mm

i never hit the bottom pulley on i patted it with a open hand and it went on! unusal i know! now i have had to email Johnsped and find out where to go from here!

some times i wish i kept my turbo! now i know what i am getting the mini for christmas some good pistons! like i should have got in the first place.

with this set up it seems like problem after problem and then you worry once it starts will there be more problems! like my other friend about cooling the charger because someone else has had trouble with them!

dont dispare, look at each problem sepratley and put that to bed. then on to the next.

turbocharging in my book is the way to go ..........but a well set up supercharger is fun!
remember thers no such thing as problems ....ONLY SOLUTIONS !

any five minute job always turns into a 8hour slog, so setting up a new engine setup will have its problems. one at a time, keep going.
