Hi all,

I looked at the above today and it's tiny. It's by Garrett; has a 3 bolt manifold flange, but I couldn't find the model number as it was still fitted to the engine. A quick google search didn't yield much either. Anyone know if this is more suited to a 998 or would it be ok for a 1275 as well?

that should be either a gt1544 or a gt1749v

this is a great site for finding out what turbo's are.

it's probably a 1544 then; it's much smaller than the 1749 I have.
Soooo, 998 only or maybe 1275 as well? I can actually buy this one, but need to be quick about it.

you'd need to find out which engine exactly the turbo came off I think.

The 1.9Tdi engine came in 90, and 110bhp versions before the PD engines. I think the two had different turbos.

Then the PD engines came in 90, 100, 105, 115, 130, and 150bhp! And I don't think many of them share the same turbo either!
