cannot find megajolt?

got my cables for the jolt yesterday and my adaptor to make it a usb fitted it allocated the ported (COM4) plugged it in

and first load up of software it said that it could not open port!
2nd time it says cylinder count error so i arrange the four cylinders in the megajolt software to 4 cylinders etc and it still comes up with the same error message been over on autosport lab and i found some information on flashing the firmware to the jolt itself but i am having trouble doing this

i open run: CMD i typed C: MJLJ and all i get back is a blank line? no path ways of anything

oh and i have the v4 board

so i got the v4 firmware and software
as you can tell i tried to follow the information on there site
