Obviously you can get them from the likes of Minispares, but I didn't know if they'd be expensive?

Any other suggestions? Ideally in the south east or they can post/deliver!

Thanks

They are all suppossed to be catalogue price so should be the same everywhere.

Minispares will deliver them (so far only my roof skin had to be collected). They are having a VAT free week, the week after next.

I personally will never use a non genuine panel ever again unless its a panel you cannot get genuine! The grade of steel used in non genuine panels has little to be desired.

So when some joey comes on here about how his 16v turbo vauxhall is great compared to ours, he can be given the 'bird'...

Every none genuine panel I have fitted to my car has been utter garbage. They either have or will be coming back of in favour of a genuine one.

Thanks guys, I was talking to someone who builds and prepares miglias and sevens, and he said genuine was a must - especially for a novice like me!

How spot on are M Machine? Panels I have to replace are sills, floor panels, a panels and flitch panels - I have non-gen ones but after hearing peoples' opinions I'll definitely be going gen, or m-machine at least!

a rule i tend to follow, if the panel cannot be seen buy a non gen, if it can buy genuine, that said though i have not excluding the front) replaced an entire panel on my mini non gen ones tend to be a shit fit, and i mean shit, but say for the floor pan i made my 11 quid panels fit not 100% perfect but i wasnt an never will be after perfection i want a usable mini i can rag the tits off and not worry about it, the engine though that should be a work of art *happy*

Yes i moved to the darkside *happy*

I think there is more to it than just the fit.

I bought non genuine front end, 'A' Panels, wings, front panel and bonnet. The steel was waffer thin compared to genuine panels. Perhaps not a problem if you are intent on saving weight. It just means they rust through quicker.

pattern door skins are thicker - just means your doors are harder to line up and usually protrude from the A panel and/or rear quarter.
