whats the best dizzy to use, i was thinking of having no advance and running it at around 15 deg?

whats would you lot suggest? no megajolt!

turbo dizzy and limit its advance more, but it will always be a compromise

If you just lock the dizzy at a set degrees then any dizzy will do. I would suggest a bit more than 15 deg though. Seriously the amount of fuel you will save using a properly mapped ignition system will soon pay for it in the first place.

If you want a cheap option,

lock up the dizzy weights, but leave the vac advance unit unlocked, this will help with part throttle running,

still nowhere as good as jolt tho...

Have a quick search on here there are some good topics about megajolt and how to get it installed configured and what you need to buy.

I got my kit from the USA, had it built by Martin Millener and got the coil pack etc from ebay.

If something is worth doing, it's worth doing half of.

If you do get a megajolt unit, you can't get the kits any more, as Brent P has stopped selling them. You can only get the fully built units now.
