Mitsi Evo 7, 911, Cossie. & all the chavs ...... won no problem

machine mart look for the X55
but in this very cold weather you must use parafin kerosean ..red diesel will choke you below 0 deg when the fuel never gets warm at ground level

even winding the pump pressure up is usless on diesel in thes ambient temps

Whilst you have to sort a flue etc...consider a wood burning stove, or better still, a waste oil burner

I was at a guys place the other day, who is making these and selling them. Whilst there are legalities surrounding them....of course we dont give a fuck about that.
But once lit, they work superbly, and run on old engine oil etc !!! burns clean, no smell, and effectively free !

in fact...I'll give a little plug.

Although you'd likely pick up a second hand wood burning stove for less.
Some people are even making them from old gas cylinders if you google.

Thats interesting Steve - we've got one of these which we run on cherry without any great issue other that it is a bit small for our workshop.

Keith did complain he was getting light headed though last weekend.............

Makes a lot of sense, mine which usually burns really clean was really smoky and horrible last night on diesel. I'll have to get some Kerosene.

You could add a little petrol or meth spirit to the diesel. (dad used to do it in the trucks to stop diesel waxing)

If something is worth doing, it's worth doing half of.

thanks for the link stevie, i spoke to a mate last night whos just made a second wood /oil burner for there unit, check out the area52 thread on RR, they used an old gas bottle for it so i may follow suit, im going to be making air receivers from two propane bottles so can make the 3rd into a burner/stove as i need to warm my pies and tea up too :)

but in the meantime if anyone has a space heater in the bristol area for sale let me know!
