Hi all,
I use a pre-verto clutch, minispares web site recommend to fit these protectors that are used on the verto? does anyone...?

if there is a bit of seepage it will help stop it getting on the clutch.

i always fit one as well, i thought it helps oil that leaks past from getting on clutch, if nothing it can't hert.

Best 1/4 mile 13.2 seconds @116 mph
First 5 port miniturbo to make over 200 bhp on a carb?

As for the clutch seal it's self, i've not found a difference between the cheaper and more expensive one (in case you wanted to know:)) I've had both over the year and both leak at some point lol.

Yep, defo use the oil flinger.

And I'd recommend the black double lip clutch oil seal as fitted to injected cars.

It's better than the pink/brown older single lip seal at stopping oil migration out past the primary gear.

As said above, black one is more expensive by a couple of quid but worth it IMO.

just as another note I'm going to try the MS fitting tool just in case the last one didnt go in square??
