misfire on boost

i have developed a misfire just as it is coming on to boost,
it will clear and then boost.is this mixture?

Damn, cant remember what mine was, something daft though. think it was the engine earth believe it or not.

Dashpot topped up and working ok?

Most likely mixture or wrong spring rate/oil in the dashpot.

sauber:

if all the mechanical parts of the engine check out, the ignition ie leads, cap, rotor, arm, coil moduel plugs etc etc check out!

and the carb etc

then the problems assosciated with missing under BOOST will lie with the mixture too lean! or the inability of the ignition to fire an over lean mixture for some reason maybe the needle has detached or whatever

been out on a few runs,tweeking the mixture to richen it each time,now sweet,the bloody thing was fine last time i drove it and it had only just been on the rollers.

dont let it go lean sauber

i hope you have a labada unit on, if not i would shell out and definatley go for it this tells you who whole score of events in the chamber

cheaper than blowing the engine!
plus you can calibrate the mixture spot on
that means a better running engine therefor more FUN
