I've been driving the girlfriends MGF vvc. It's only a small step up from a BMW as candidate for worst car in the snow.

Well I must say, selling the A4 quattro I had for 3 and a bit years when we had virtually no snow, replacing it with a 2wd model, and then having the two worst winters I can remember did piss me off quite a bit.

Hence the cheap 4 wheel drive to use, all the chrome side steps, the a bar, and wheel cover would probably sell for getting on for 50% of the purchase price, so I don't really see how badly I could lose out in the scheme of things.

I'm not planning to keep it for ages, but we will see how I get on with it, you are certainly not going to win any races in it that is for sure, well apart from maybe the race to the unleaded pump!

Screw 4x4's the pug has 15psi on the fronts and i have got everywhere so far lol

iv just put myself on my dads truck insurance as my car died and due to weather it just made sense!
been driving round in 4 wheel drive love it!!
my mum drives round in a landcruser, which is fantastic in the snow and ice! you dont even notice it!!!
