Engine diagnostic/ service/ - good garage near London?

Hi there!

I am planing to go for long trip in March, so decide to treat my mini and do proper engine diagnostic :)

I think carb, and timing is bit wrong also have problems with starting and my engine is running very loud!
Also would love to know max speed what Can I do on motorway without blowing my engine

Does Anyone knows any good Garage where they can check all engine condition - do regulation if needed, check bhp and max speed and give nice friendly advice about other stuff???

what about rolling road??? near LONDON??

Never been on rolling road, so can they diagnose issues?
I just need someone to diagnose engine and say what is wrong and what must be done!
and I will fix them at home:)
