Ive been supplied some of these to use with my bulkhead panel. They are for the centre speedo pod screws.

Assuming the inner face (that is the non-hex side) is bevelled inwards then these are what I used to use at work for feet on metal units.

They are bevelled inwards. These will be fitted to a 1.5mm sheet of steel so I won't be able to couuntersink, but im guessing they will work fine anyway? https://www.facebook.com/pages/Fusion-Fabri..._homepage_panel

Thats called a hankbush. Drill a hole insert the round sleeve bit and peen it over. Astons had hundreds of those fitted to them I seriously doubt it! |

Run a bolt down the wrong side with a washer and crush it into the hole? On 11th Feb, 2015 robert said:

Start it with the rounded end of a ball peen hammer, then use the flat end I seriously doubt it! |
