gents, although ive had one in my hand in the past i never weighed it, does anyone know the weight excluding pin,

just weighed mine, doesnt have the pin in for the hub... it came to approx 6kg |

Carl, not exactly what you are looking for but it's a start. Weights are for the arms complete with pin for the hub and the pivot pin.

I dont have time to search right now as Im going out to work but I remember John Kimmins posting the weight of one of his arms years ago which stated the weight of KAD aswell. I believe his was very slightly lighter
I seriously doubt it! |

Standard cast arm, with pin 5.74kg, rear hub 1.3kg & backplate 0.82kg. Don't know about KAD but have some on order that I can weight on arrival. Anyway why do you ask Carl? Edited by alaskanow0 on 31st Dec, 2010. Class C 3rd Place Avon 2011 14.18 @101mph |

I searched and could only find figues for the standard arm,bare with no pin - 5.53kg.

Could you make a set of light weight rear arms that would work with rubber cone suspension? I'd be interested in a set if you could - currently considering the KAD ones for my car. On 11th Feb, 2015 robert said:
