A few years ago when I started modding Minxy I found a fella who fabricated and sold stainless steel indicator and wiper stalks. He'd spent months on them making sure the electrics, etc worked with them. But he seemed to disappear not long after and I haven't been able to find them since. Anyone know of anyone who makes them? I need some pimping stalks On 2nd Nov, 2010 wil_h said:

Not quite chrome, but very bright. The only problem with it is that it rubbs of very easily & jusy leaves adull gret/silver surface behind. Even after leaving for approx two months to dry after being applied to a primed & correctly prepped surface it rubbs away. So I would not say its suitable for anything that needs touching all the time. I tried to clear coat laquer to test it is well. But it instanly goes dull like lead

Chrome paint isn't my bag unfortunatly but thanks for the suggestion. The stainless ones I saw was all smoothed off so no 4 corners, they looked mint.

EDIT sorry jsut seen that last sentence :( Edited by evolotion on 3rd Jan, 2011. turbo 16v k-series 11.9@118.9 :)

i think i know who you mean... don jarr?? i think he was on minifinity a couple of years ago, he did some really unique things - moved his seat and collumn into the centre, fabricated a dashboard and made some fiberglass exterior door handles and of course the stalks which like you say i think he spun them up in a lathe edit: http://www.minifinity.co.uk/forum/viewtopi...+stalks#p826237 On 2nd Nov, 2010 wil_h said:

Will do. He's not under the same name on TMF and I'm not on Minifinity so I've asked Daz (MF owner) if he can get hold of him for me. I seriously need those stalks, I'd swap my own mum for a set!! On 2nd Nov, 2010 wil_h said:
