Model: City E now a 998
Year:1987
Description of problem (please be as in depth as possible):
not really a problem but i have just finished rebuilding a engine for my retro city and I have std flat top pistons with a stock 12g202 cyl head on it with a magnetronic dizzy and bp56es plugs in it (no that that makes much differance) now I have a set of twin hs2 to go on here which i want to use as im fed up with just one carb (i like a challenge) now at work today i stripped them down to find out what needles i have with the intention of finding out wha ones are right.....
however....these needles only have a number 4 stamped on them? does this make any sence to anyone? not sure on what I should have or if these will be ok for that matter?
btw the car does have well kind a stage one kit fitted....well a cooper freeflow and a playmini backsetion with only one box.....
so can anybody help me out if these are the right needles?
please no silly replies like put it on a rolling road to find out as tbh i dont really see the need for them as last time t just wasted 2 hours of my day and the car was worse....perks of being a mechanic i sorted it myself in the end...hence this
cheers guys and gals
