Probably worth giving it a go at making your own to be honest.

iv seen one or two clubman with small round spot lights inserted into the grille and just give the car that bit more class. i myt get hold of another grille and give it a go. Done now needs redoing lol |

I have a set of Capri lights that I'd sell that I used to have in my clubman. I never had a grill though.
