hi again guys i need some help to able me to set my ignition timing on my 1275 a+ it has points not sure if this makes a difference how hard is it to do as ive never done 1 of these before thanks |

Have you got a haines manual and a timing light? On 11th Feb, 2015 robert said:

you need a stobe, i would set the ignition timing at 6 deg before top dead centre at 1000 rpm, with the vacume pipe disconected from the distributor cap for this purpose, use number 1 lead

thanks guys yes i have a haynes manual but no strobe light i will let you know how i get on |
