This has been wrapped up & sat in my Mums spare room for a couple of years now, I don't think I'll ever get round to using it.

has it got the standard fittings for the hindges or will it requier pins? "Tuning should be a compromise between what is possible and what is necessary"

It's just blank, you will need to drill it for pins or you could use some matting to fasten some small pieces of angle aluminium to the underside, allowing you to fasten the original hinges.
