OK lads, opinions.

final stages the mini is getting boosted next week.

i was thinking of going for 10psi boost on my 1293

do you think it will be fine with my spec below?

supercharged suck through Australian heat as well.
Mega jolted though.

turbophill head running either 8.5.1 or 8.6.1 i forget it's either those numbers.

Hypatec pistons
brand new mini spares hel gear set
cryo treated & shot peened gearbox parts.. everything in the bottom end has been treated & rebuilt quiafe diff

fully rebuilt engine & box running 3.1 diff
med extra duty lightened flywheel & pressure plate

one thing i have not done is getting it balanced when i rebuilt it as i was short on cash! i wish i did but it's all in & done now.

i wont be going over 5k

do you think that boost is ok for my engine, should i run the safe 7-8psi it runs standard?

the maker of the kit, did say it will run 10 psi everyday not a problem but i wanted a second opinion before i commit.

as long as you are not on a standard diff you be ok thats the only reason i asked.

ah yep.. ill be getting it tuned right just want to run with in the safe region suck through so no intercooler off course.

will try to avoid wheel spin :)

do most turbo mini's around here run 10 psi everyday on there cars?

i run 8-9 everyday with a boost controller to run 12-13

but more oftern than not i leave it on the hi setting as long as its not wet or snowy

im running an rs intercooler

how much power are you doing with 8 to 9?

and what gearbox are you running.

would love to know engine specs
