hey lads so i have 2 ideas.

one is getting a custom alloy small front mount 2nd rad & use my existing one.

or just rid the side one & have a small alloy custom front job made? that sits in with the on the left side half that square for arguments sake.

i like the idea of a small custom one though to stick anywhere really.

I have contacted a guy & he can do one for 100 us via ebay delivered. the chinese mob.

this is a one off price for me.

he is interested in doing more & can drop the price, for a one off custom he will do it for ''100usd'' for me delivered.

2 row 40mm is fine & 50mm thick.

or if you want a 2 row 50mm thick core radiator,and it will take a long time.

my design was a bit wrong? i based it on a heater core but the general idea is there, He said the engineer will make it work properly & change a few small things.

anything you think needs changing please let me know, would like some idea's as you are all very experienced mob.

will mount at the front left or right & be small & in alloy & should work very well almost like a small expansion radiator & plumb it back via the heater valve.

anything you think i should change please let me know.

just having a crack at something might work might not..
it is a very common mod to do in australia to add extra cooling to our mini's.

I don't know why you'd need it. do you have a cooling problem?
