any idea what area the noise is coming from? front? back?

check the backing plates on the discs you could have nocked one and bent it so it touches the disc it happend to me.

no backing plates on the disks, its from the front. at 1st i thought it could be something flexing to allow the exhaust to touch the shafts but i think ive ruled that out

King Gaycharger, butt plug dealer, Sheldon Cooper and a BAC but generally a niceish fella if you dont mind a northerner

Rotherham, South Yorkshire

get it in the air and give everything a good pull/poke

look for signs of rubbing and/or wear

could be something like a worn cv joint or wheel bearing.

is the front frame solid mounted? could it be pulling forward allowing exhaust to hit something?

just thinking aloud

yes, hub or disk flange could be worn, the bearing could have spun
