starting to collect a few bits up to make an install but a few things i want to check first (thats if anyone knows)
ive tried searching this site and others for answers but not found what im looking for ( sorry if this has been discussed before)

i have a kp35 turbo from a 1.4 tdci fiesta in nearly new condition (i know its small and somewhere on her it has been mentioned it wont produce much more than 100hp i dont need that much)
from what i have found out about it there is no way to convert it to a carbon seal so a suction system is out the door. for the engine as it stands in my kit car is a bogo 998. i know i need to reduce the CR and for that im goin to open the pockets in the head when i get my vizard book back (think it shows you in there if not anyone got a drawing or ref to where i cn get info?) will standard valve springs be ok? and will the standard cam do the job? for the carb im going to have to convert a standard su, now for this can i use the orginal card think its 1 1/2 or do i need to go up to 1 3/4 ? again i dont want massive power just something to make it more fun (and so far parts are free and im a mechanic so will be building manifolds.) next up is the fuel pressure its been mentioned that 4.5 psi is the magic number but will i need to return this to tank or can i t it back to the inlet to the pump? and the final question for now is, is there any reason i cannot fit the pump in the engine bay?

if anyone has any answers for me will be much apreciated.
thanks edd
