Hi
I'm trying to get some pipe bent, but struggling, The tube is T45 32mm Dia 1.6 wall thickness, and the radius required is 12" x 180 Deg (half a circle), and I require 2 off. I already have the tube. I've spoken to several quality fabies and the issues appear to be the long radius aswell as correct tooling required and the material spec of T45 can split if not done correctly ?
Any info would be greatly apprieciated.

Hi, I can bend up to 90 degrees in 42 x 3mm CDS ( drag racing spec ) if that's any use to you.

a local lad knocked up his own copy of a z-car, he bend all this pipes himself, (iirc they were t45 too)

i think he said he filled them with sand, got them warm, and just bend them round a wooden form

dont take my word for it though
