I am using a fuel cell rather than the standard fuel tank.

maybe chop the top of a old fuel tank off, and attach some how. So that you could use a aston flip top cap or similar like a normal mini does? |

not a bad idea, and one i have considered before, however i dont have an old tank and feel a bit guilty buying a good tank to chop up!
