which one do i need for std metro turbo in a mini ? tried the search and got lots of info but want to be sure i get the right one .

You need to make sure it's the MAP version, rather than the TPS one for a Turbo install. |

MAP = manifold Air Pressure. Nothing to do with the trigger wheel. The trigger wheel measures the crank angle to time the spark angle. The MAP measures the pressure / vacuum to gauge the load on the engine. The matrix of MAP v RPM is the ignition map.
