which one do i need for std metro turbo in a mini ? tried the search and got lots of info but want to be sure i get the right one .
where's the best place to buy ?
i have a friend coming to visit from usa in a few weeks so if usa is cheaper he will bring it with him

You need to make sure it's the MAP version, rather than the TPS one for a Turbo install.

still need the wheel,

The ecu needs two inputs, speed and load, speed is obiously the trigger wheel, the load can be either a throttle position sensor or a manifold pressure sensor, with a turbo you need the manifold sensor as you will be running above atmospheric pressure.

MAP = manifold Air Pressure. Nothing to do with the trigger wheel. The trigger wheel measures the crank angle to time the spark angle. The MAP measures the pressure / vacuum to gauge the load on the engine. The matrix of MAP v RPM is the ignition map.

So basically, you will still need the trigger wheel for rpm and spark angle.
