Hi chaps just s quicky I've just set me tappets as per the metro Haynes I think it was 0.040mm exhaust & 0.035mm for inlet but it sounds very tappy to me what u lads setting them to it is a standard metro turbo. |

set them at 0.012" for the wear!! ............... thats 0.3 in metric

Maybe your rocker's shaft completely worn, cheap and easy to swap.
