Hello all. I am in the process of rebuilding my metro turbo engine and i am fitting a MED T3 cam. Do any of you know what the degree full lift should be on no1 inlet? Do it right the first time and make it mint!!!!!! |

hi ant, you should have got, a spec sheet with the cam, if not ring med up.

T3 is MED's 1st uprated turbo cam. They do a T5 cam but i thought that would be abit lumpy for road use. I will phone them on monday and gt the spec as ther wasnt a spec sheet in with the cam. Yes i will post up the info to. 8-) Do it right the first time and make it mint!!!!!! |

Full lift on no1 inlet 110 degrees after tdc. Do it right the first time and make it mint!!!!!! |

do you have the cam spec details lift duration ...etc ?
