Standard bore.
I was very surprised to find a standard bore when I stripped it, even the ring end gaps were well within tolerances just needed a quick hone.

If it has been messed with by med won't it have med stamped into it... I'd check it out before quoting it.

Yes to the turbo piston rings.
Yes the head has been played with, by a company in Leicester.
If you want to buy the engine stump up the money and come and get it, if not, read the terms for posting in this section.
