This is the Last of the TD5 intercoolers I have in my workshop. I paid over 70 quid for this, am looking for 50 quid plus p&p

Thats cool then mate, just hoped you hadnt found something more suitable, hence selling the old one.

For people that dont know, the TD5 is a superb front mounted intercooler, a good size and nice and thin to fit in the front grille area

this is a photo of mine fitted, I have replaced one of the endcaps with a new one which moves the inlet to the top, this helps, but is not essential.

how hard wold this be to fit to a non-removable-front-end mini?

also does all the other items such as starter still fit ok?

i did use to have a steel front end, i got it to fit that, but it was v.tight. i was runninG a smaller altenator, it cleared thr starter motor fine. i also had removed the pannel whick the bonnet catch attached to, but i dont think you need todo this. A side exit dizzy cap would help too.

can you do away with the grill and drive around like that? plus i want to drive around this summer when mini done without bonnet on is it allowed?

might aswell ask this aswell...can you take a light out and use as an airscoop straight to filter position?(if that makes sense?)

You could easilly put a 'curve' in this intercooler to mimic the curve of the front panel (and give valuble mm of clearance in front of the dizzy aswell!

Good intercooler for the Mini turbo!
