does anyone know if anyone is manufacturing alloy replacement engine steady bushes for top and bottom standard steady bars?

i can get them made for my car, just wondered if there was an off the shelf option

i usually use 'ultimate engine steadies' on my cars with poly bushes fitted to the standard bars, but with the turbo lack of room/chopped bulkhead means the ultimate steady wont fit

i also have the two extra rear gearbox steadys to go on to try to firm things up a bit.

thanks

If using solid bushes. Make sure your bulkhead and the mounting brackets are bloody strong.

In fact...use poly bushes. Less chance of tearing metal apart.

also, use the minispares uprated one piece mpi rubber bushes, loads better than the polly ones.

I use a steady without any bushes. It's pretty loud in the cockpit, but I do like the solid feel.

I've got a diy bracket (made by TurboTim) on the bulkhead, so it fits even with the bulkhead box.
