recieved a engine today on a creat that i bought without seeing, but not bad for only 80 quid,

I'd say bp270 for the cam and yep sound like powermax pistons. only way to be sure what size it to measure the bore. If something is worth doing, it's worth doing half of. |

sounds like a warm 1380 then to me. prob not turbo friendly if thats what you are looking for. However if its in decent fettle its worth more than £80 If something is worth doing, it's worth doing half of. |

My 'warm' he means mildly modified, not quite a 'hot 1380'.

the cam looks rather good condition bit of wear in the usual places but i doubt its done loads of miles,
