How much lighter will the K nuts be over the nylocs? Will you have to fit a spring washer too? |

No where near. 500kg if I'm lucky. But I'm actually considering fitting steel doors, as the carbon ones are fine for a race car, but they don't hold their shape to the door frame and let the overall finish down. So maybe 510kg if that's the case.
