Hi there!

i am looking for gt17 or t25 turbo unit and all kit to swap my original t3!

As I am living in flat and mini parked on the road, I do not have any opportunity to modified anything!
How ever i want to go from t3 turbo and get new/very good condition gt17 or t25!

i would love to buy custom made kit to fit gt17 of t25 turbo unit on my standard 1275 metro turbo engine, t3 turbo.

Or if someone knows where to buy manifold, elbow and all the rest please let me know!! :)

thank you

How many times???

As far as I know there isn't a kit as such.

Speak to Matty for a manifold and oil drain or Mirage for manifold and downpipe to fit a T2 (unless they have have since developed a kit for other turbos).

In the 13's at last!.. Just

Mate my mini is on the road too and i have a very small shed. If you get all the bits together you can do it in a day. Have a look around, buy bits and when you have got all the bits, do it then. I have been getting the bits now for about 10 months.

simon.

I have started posting on Instagram also my name on there is turbomk1golf

Nothing is impossible it just costs more and takes longer.

Thing is if it was easy to turbo a mini, then they would be all turbos.

Just want to dubble cheack, your trying to swap a £40 80's knackered turbo for a £700+ manifold and turbo?!

As oneeyed say's, there is no kit. Another question is Boost, what psi are your going to stuff through your standard engine? only ask because your going to spend all this money in the end, up the boost, drive down the road, and shred the diff and drop gears and fill your gearbox with shrapnel!

I've got a standard 1275, but ive done the head, drop gears, diff and as long as i dont drive like a tit every where, it enjoys 10psi.

use the search on here, look at how other people have done what your asking, then do some more reading, try using google and look at ebay to see how much turbos go for and parts.

good luck!!

It took me two years to get the bits for my turbo build, and alot of money later.

Mate you have been given lots of good advice here.

Have a look at the search function and look for words like- Turbo/gt17/gt 17/ manifold/ oil feed/ How to/ How do i / boost / megajolt/ MJ/ Mega jolt

I will always search on here before i will open a haynes manual as i have always found what i have been looking for.
Read and search and read some more it will stop you looking a tit.

I hope this helps you some more.
